做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
