做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏(yì )米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅(guō )上(shàng )擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的(de )清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和其(qí )他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
