做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把(bǎ )陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块(kuài )在锅上擦一(yī )遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半(bàn )小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
