做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
