做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入(rù )煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )小火(huǒ )煲一个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
