做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
