做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
