做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块(kuài )姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼(yú ),煎(jiān )至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
