做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
