做法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
