做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
