做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸(fèi ),转中小火煲一个(gè )半小时(shí ),下(xià )盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
