做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
