做法:洗净(jìng )宰(zǎi )好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏米。用清水把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
