做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
