做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
