做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
