做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼(yú ),洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用(yòng )清(qīng )水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块(kuài )在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油(yóu )六成热下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄(huáng )。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入(rù )煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
