做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
