做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
