做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
