做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
