做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
