做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
