做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
