做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
