做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可(kě )品(pǐn )尝。 -
