做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
