做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
