做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
