做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
