做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加(jiā )入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
