做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用(yòng )清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油(yóu )六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和其他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
