做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
