做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
