做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
