做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
