做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
