做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放(fàng )两(liǎng )勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的(de )鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
