做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
