做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
