做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
