做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
