做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
