做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放(fàng )两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和(hé )其他(tā )材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
