做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
