做(zuò )法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
