做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山(shān )和薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂(liè )一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料(liào ),武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个(gè )半小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
