做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
