做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
